Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and no-shows will incur a flat fee of 50% of the total service cost. To avoid these charges, please make sure to provide a five-day notice prior to your appointment. Please note that emergencies do not exempt clients from this policy, as preparations are made in advance. Furthermore, rescheduling on the same day will be considered a cancellation, and the corresponding fee will apply. No-shows will lead to scheduling restrictions.
